Site preparation and base construction works were completed for the Pentasweet factory development.
During the project, approximately 10,000 m³ of unsuitable soil was removed and replaced. A stable and engineered base was formed to ensure proper load-bearing capacity for subsequent construction stages.
The site will host a biotechnology facility focused on producing natural, innovative sweeteners using advanced biosynthesis technologies. The total project investment amounts to EUR 44 million.
